Upgrade your Pulsar NS400Z with the Top Rack with MS Plate, engineered for strength, reliability, and everyday practicality. Designed for seamless compatibility with ZANA aluminum top boxes, this rack provides a secure and stable mounting solution for your luggage needs. It is also compatible with the ZANA Pillion Backrest for added passenger comfort (backrest sold separately).
 
The rack works with most branded plastic top boxes; however, it is not compatible with all Chinese top boxes, ensuring consistent fitment and performance standards. Built using stainless steel bolts that are 100% rust-free, it offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance.
 
Industrial-grade polymer spacers are incorporated to act as vibration dampeners, reducing stress on the rack, motorcycle frame, and cargo during rides. Finished with a premium paint/powder coating, the rack is backed by a 6-month warranty against coating defects (excluding accidental damage).
 
The recommended load capacity is 7–10 kg on smooth tarmac roads. For rough terrain, riders are advised to reduce speed or payload to minimize strain on the rack and mounting points.
 
Please note: Any modification to the rack will void the warranty. Use of non-ZANA aluminum top boxes will also result in warranty cancellation. The rack is color-matched to the Pulsar NS400Z chassis for a clean, factory-like appearance.
