The Raida Trailcraft v2 Boots are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal riding conditions.
Built to withstand the demands of adventure riding, trail exploration, and off-road environments, the Trailcraft is engineered for durability and protection. This warranty reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship and dependable performance.
What's Covered
- Defects in stitching, sole bonding, or buckle systems
- Premature failure of Velcro closures, straps, or fastening components
- Material separation occurring under normal riding use
- Manufacturing defects affecting the internal shank, footbed, or protective padding systems
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed following inspection, Raida will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product.
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by crashes, falls, impacts, or off-road incidents
- Normal wear and tear associated with regular or aggressive riding
- Sole wear resulting from walking, gear shifting, footpeg contact, or everyday use
- Damage caused by water immersion, pressure washing, improper cleaning methods, or drying under direct heat
- Buckle, strap, or closure damage caused by excessive force, misuse, or improper handling
- Discoloration, fading, creasing, or wrinkling of leather, PU, microfiber, or other materials due to exposure to sunlight, moisture, sweat, mud, or age
- Mold, mildew, or odor resulting from storing the boots while damp
- Fit, comfort, flexibility, or break-in related concerns, as individual rider experiences may vary
- Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized third parties
Water Exposure Notice
The Trailcraft Boots are designed for demanding adventure and off-road use but are not waterproof. Exposure to rain, water crossings, slush, mud, or prolonged wet conditions may result in moisture ingress. Such occurrences are considered normal product limitations and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
To maximize product life, allow boots to dry naturally after exposure to moisture and avoid direct heat sources.
Warranty Terms
- Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
- The warranty is non-transferable
- Warranty claims are valid only for products purchased directly from Raida or through an authorized Raida dealer
- Raida reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect
