Every pair of Raida riding boots is built to meet demanding standards of quality, durability, and performance. To support this commitment, Raida provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What's Covered -

The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal riding conditions, including:

Defects in stitching, sole bonding, or hardware components

Premature failure of Velcro closures, straps, or fastening systems

Material separation resulting from manufacturing defects

Faults in the internal steel shank, footbed, or protective padding caused by manufacturing issues

If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed following inspection, Raida will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product.

What's Not Covered -

This warranty does not cover damage, wear, or performance issues resulting from normal use, misuse, accidents, or environmental exposure, including:

Damage resulting from crashes, falls, impacts, or off-road incidents

Normal wear and tear from regular or aggressive riding

Outsole wear caused by walking, gear shifting, footpeg contact, or everyday use

Damage caused by water immersion, pressure washing, improper cleaning methods, or drying under direct heat

Buckle or closure damage caused by excessive force, misuse, or over-tightening

Discoloration, fading, creasing, or wrinkling of leather, PU, or other materials due to exposure to sunlight, moisture, sweat, or age

Mold, mildew, or odors resulting from storing boots while damp

Fit, comfort, flexibility, or break-in related concerns, as individual rider experiences may vary

Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized third parties

Water Exposure Notice

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the product specifications, Raida riding boots are not waterproof. Exposure to heavy rain, standing water, slush, river crossings, or prolonged wet conditions may result in moisture ingress. Such occurrences are considered normal product limitations and are not covered under warranty.

Warranty Eligibility

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Coverage is valid only for products purchased directly from Raida or through an authorized Raida dealer or retail partner.
