The Raida Dash Riding Boots are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal riding conditions.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in stitching, sole bonding, or buckle systems
- Premature failure of Velcro closures, straps, or fastening components
- Material separation occurring under normal riding use
- Defects in the steel shank, footbed, or internal padding resulting from manufacturing faults
If a manufacturing defect is verified upon inspection, Raida will repair or replace the product at its sole discretion.
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal use, accidents, misuse, or environmental factors, including:
- Damage caused by crashes, falls, impacts, or off-road incidents
- Normal wear and tear from regular or aggressive riding
- Sole wear resulting from walking, gear shifting, or footpeg contact
- Damage caused by water immersion, pressure washing, or drying under direct heat sources
- Buckle or closure damage caused by excessive force, misuse, or over-tightening
- Discoloration, fading, creasing, or wrinkling of leather, PU, or other materials due to exposure to sunlight, moisture, sweat, or age
- Mold, mildew, or odor caused by storing the boots while damp
- Fit, comfort, flexibility, or break-in related concerns, as individual rider experiences may vary
- Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized third parties

- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- The warranty is non-transferable.
- Raida reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
