To ensure confidence in your purchase, all Raida motorcycle luggage products are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
What's Covered
- Defects in zippers, stitching, buckles, or hardware components
- Faulty or improperly manufactured mounting straps, loops, or adjustment systems
- Fabric delamination resulting from manufacturing defects or material bonding failures
- Water leakage in designated waterproof products when used correctly and free from damage or misuse
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed following inspection, Raida will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the affected product.
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by overpacking, misuse, improper installation, or incorrect mounting
- Abrasion, cuts, punctures, melting, or tearing caused by contact with sharp objects, exhaust systems, grab rails, tires, or other external surfaces
- Color fading, staining, or material discoloration caused by sunlight, water, fuel, chemicals, dirt, or sweat
- Water seepage in products that are not specifically advertised as waterproof
- Damage resulting from storing wet gear, mold growth, mildew, or prolonged moisture exposure
- Buckle, strap, or fastening failures caused by excessive force, overloading, or incorrect usage
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings stored inside the luggage
- Damage resulting from crashes, accidents, drops, transportation mishandling, or unauthorized modifications
- Waterproof performance is affected by cuts, abrasion, punctures, material wear, or excessive use over time
Waterproof Performance Notice
Raida waterproof luggage products are engineered to provide reliable protection against moderate to heavy rainfall during normal riding conditions.
However, waterproof performance cannot be guaranteed in cases involving:
- Complete or prolonged submersion in water
- Pressure washing or high-pressure cleaning
- Damage caused by sharp objects, punctures, cuts, or abrasion
- Improper maintenance or misuse
Any compromise to the waterproof structure resulting from the above conditions will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
Warranty Terms
- Warranty coverage appliabrasionses only to the original purchaser
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
- The warranty is non-transferable
- Warranty coverage is valid only for products purchased directly from Raida or through an authorized Raida dealer
- Raida reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect
