The Raida Aeroprix Racing Boots are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal riding conditions.
Designed for high-performance riding, the Aeroprix is built to deliver exceptional protection, durability, and reliability. This warranty reflects our commitment to the quality and craftsmanship of every pair.
What's Covered
- Defects in stitching, sole bonding, or buckle systems
- Premature failure of Velcro closures, straps, or fastening components
- Material separation occurring under normal riding conditions
- Manufacturing defects affecting the internal shank, footbed, or protective padding systems
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed following inspection, Raida will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product.
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by crashes, falls, impacts, racing incidents, or off-road use
- Normal wear and tear associated with regular or aggressive riding
- Sole wear resulting from walking, gear shifting, footpeg contact, or everyday use
- Damage caused by water immersion, pressure washing, improper cleaning methods, or drying under direct heat
- Buckle, zipper, or closure damage caused by excessive force, misuse, or improper handling
- Discoloration, fading, creasing, or wrinkling of materials due to exposure to sunlight, moisture, sweat, or age
- Mold, mildew, or odor resulting from storing the boots while damp
- Fit, comfort, flexibility, or break-in related concerns, as individual rider experiences may vary
- Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized third parties
Water Resistance Notice
The Aeroprix Racing Boots are designed to withstand rain and wet riding conditions. However, during prolonged exposure to severe monsoon conditions, deep water crossings, standing water, or continuous water contact, minor water ingress may occur over time. Such occurrences are considered a limitation of real-world riding conditions and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Warranty Terms
- Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
- The warranty is non-transferable
- Warranty claims are valid only for products purchased directly from Raida or through an authorized Raida dealer
- Raida reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect
