REPAIRS

All repairs will be carried out by the respective brands. Build - a - Biker will ship the item needing repairs directly to the manufacturer, and will not intervene in between. 

All the rules and timelines are applicable according to the manufacturer. 

WARRANTY INFORMATION

The warranty period will be considered from the date of purchase by the customer.

All the products sold on our website are genuine. Products are covered by their respective company policies.

Warranty terms and conditions are subject to change by the manufacturer/official distributors without prior intimation. To confirm the final warranty & other terms and conditions kindly get in touch with us.

The final call on acceptance of the claims is at the sole discretion of the brand or its official representative.

Build - a - Biker takes no responsibility for the rejected claims.

Kindly ensure to share a copy of the original Bill/ receipt while claiming the warranty

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

In case you face sizing issues with your riding gear, we will be happy to provide you with a size exchange on products in new/unused condition (with tags intact).


If the product is not available in the next size, you can choose another model, or we will place an order with the manufacturer, which may increase the waiting period. Kindly do bear with us. In the case of a damaged or wrong product delivered, a replacement will be provided (ensure tags are intact).

Please note only exchange/replacement will be done and a refund for the item will not be done.

Kindly request an exchange by sending us a mail with complete order details within 2 days of delivery of the product.

  • Please mention “Exchange/Return: <invoice no>” in the subject line

  • The reason for return in the mail

  • Click pictures of the product showing the defect and attach them to the mail

For orders where the reason for return isn’t a result of our error, the cost of return shipping and replacement shipping have to be borne by the customer. In the case of our error, we will cover all additional costs.

The items that cannot be returned/exchanged include –

  • Items used at least once

  • Customized Items

Following errors are eligible for free exchanges -

  • The product has manufacturing defects

  • Wrong item delivered

Pointers for products to be returned –

  • Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

  • The original tags should not be removed

  • Do not modify the product/packaging

  • Ensure the product box/packaging is not damaged

  • Do not tape on the product box/packaging

Please ship the product to the address mentioned on the website. The product has to be couriered within 24 hours of the return confirmation and the tracking number has to be shared with us.

ARE THE PRODUCTS SOLD ON BUILD - A - BIKER GENUINE?​

Yes, our products are 100% genuine as we deal with trusted vendors only. The products are shipped directly from the factory, without any middlemen. If you do find an issue with the product, we will get it exchanged or repaired. Kidly refer to the "Returns & Exchange" tab for more information.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept Debit/Credit Card, IMPS, UPI payments & Cash transactions.

DO YOU OFFER CREDITS & GIFT CARDS?

No. All orders and payments must be completed upfront in a single operation. In case of bulk orders, kindly contact us.

GIFTING OPTIONS?

If required, we are ready to gift wrap an item and even deliver it to the concerned person. A custom message can be included if required.

WHAT IS THE STANDARD DELIVERY TIME?

Standard delivery time is 3-10 days for surface shipping depending on your location. Shipping charges to be handled by the customer.

Products sold on Build - a - Biker are covered under our Exchange/return policy provided the product is in new/unused condition and all the tags are intact.

WHAT ARE THE EXTRA/HIDDEN CHARGES I HAVE TO PAY APART FROM THE MRP?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. All our products are including taxes. (Excludes Shipping charges, if any).

CANCELATION POLICY?

Kindly call us within 12 hours of placing an order if you wish to cancel the same.
